Jessica alba has lost 25 pounds very quickly with the help of trainer Ramona Braganza. Jessica only had her baby 2 months ago and is already looking super thin.

Braganza devised the ‘321 Baby Bulge be Gone’ plan, which includes a lot of exercise and a low-fat, low-carb diet. Alba has been on the treadmill and elliptical trainer at home, as well as cardio and circuit training. She has already gone from a size 8 to a 4 in no time!

The democratic national convention in Denver, Colorado has been a mix of celebrity sightings and policital discussion.  Last wednesday in Denver,  Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Alba were putting in some time to help getting people to vote.

J-Lo and Jessica Alba met at the  Vinyl Nightclub in downtown Denver to meet with Latin Americans to get involved in voting.

Well it turns out that since Jessica Alba has become a homebody (taking care of the bub), she has started watching the Olympics constantly like many of us.  Washington (ANI) reports that Jessica has started blogging about the Olympics and watches them with her husband, Warren Cash.

“Cash and I have been glued to the Olympics. How amazing was the opening ceremony?!? I still don”t know how they co-ordinated 2008 people to move in perfect sync,”

And which athelete does she enjoy watching the most? Michael Phelps of course!

“The men’’s 400M relay was insane. We were down by almost a half body length going into the final turn and then next thing you knew it was closer, closer, closer until we touched the wall first! Cash and I went crazy,”
