Judging from her fit physique, it’s hard to tell that Jessica gave birth to daughter Honor Marie, just last year!!!

“Everyone in my family is heavily overweight,” Jessica has said. “I wanted to be healthier, so I started cooking for myself when I was 12 years old.”

Alba typically works out 6 to 7 days a week for an hour, doing cardio interval training along with lunges, crunches, and upper-body strength training moves.

Jessica, who avoids desserts and bread, eats dried fruit and frozen yogurt to satisfy her sweet tooth.
