One of Jessica Alba’s diet secrets has been revealed! According to her personal nutritionist Ramona Braganza, Jessica snacks on berries to help maintain her great figure. Alba worked very hard to maintain her regain her pre-pregnancy figure after giving birth to her daughter. She completely avoids naughty treats like chocolate and instead eats berries.

Ramona Braganza said: ‘People need to mix protein with fibre for the ultimate healthy snack. By combining these two food groups, you’ll feel fuller for longer and won’t feel the need to reach for sugary snacks. Have a small cube of low-fat cheese with an apple, or walnuts with a pear. When Jessica heads to the beach or goes on a picnic, she packs antioxidant-rich berries to snack on.
